Mark I, II, "S" & 420 Models

This is our Original system that took over 3 years to develop so it would look and perform like it belonged in a Jaguar! It includes some of the most efficient and custom made parts available to cool a car. During development we looked at every aspect of cooling this model car including using the Heater Box and Ducts, as a European Competitor is doing. Any A/C system produces volumes of Codensation which can ruin the Heater Box and Metal Ducting. Since the Metal Ducting is an integral part of the Unibody construction strength on the Mark II and Variants, the resulting Rust and Rot can be dangerous and expensive.  Likewise, we rejected the Trunk mount and "Hang Down" units for performance and aesthetic reasons. The results of our work is  "Blowin in Your Face" A/C that looks perfectly at home in a Classic Jaguar.

We use only the best parts for these Kits: A 30 tube, Tube and Fin Evaporator design that produces 16,000 BTU's and will cool any large sedan. Our Condenser is a "4 pass" Multi-Flow with 13 passages in each tube and produces over 20,000 BTU's. Other units can not come close to this! We use a new 8 cubic inch Sanden Compressor which is the most popular and reliable aftermarket Compressor available and easily cool a large sedan as well. Our Custom Made A/C Hose Assemblies are made with Goodyear or Dayco (Parker) Hoses and Steel Fittings to resist vibration. 

The results of all this care are Mid-Thirty Degree vent temperatures as reported to us by users and shops alike! Call for our Contents List.

E-Type, S1 and S2

Our Full and Upgrade Kits were  long-term development projects that were initiated by demand after the sucess of our Mark II A/C Kit. We wanted to retain the look of a S2 Original Equipment unit, but made it 2-3 times more efficient (colder). The original Evaporator (inside the car) case had undersized Vents that were impossible to reproduce, and a totally inefficient core, so we fixed all that. We designed ours to accept a super-efficient core, updated the Vent Louvers, and ended up with a unit that has almost the same dimensions. The front face is the only change and is marginally taller than the original.

We now offer the only viable alternative to homely "Hang Down" systems or some other inefficient unit unable to cool properly. As in our Mark II Kit, we use only the best custom-made and efficient parts available.  Call for our Contents list.
